Super easy trail mix recipe
Ingredients- 2 cups low-sugar, whole-grain cereal (like Cheerios™ or Kashi® Heart to Heart)
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup dried fruit, like cranberries, apricots, apples or papaya
- 1 cup nuts, like walnuts, almonds or pistachios (optional)
- 1 cup sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- Put all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
- Divide into 1-cup servings in small containers or plastic bags for on-the-go snacks.
