Stroke Support Programs

Carolinas Stroke Support Group: We offer various support groups for our stroke survivors, their families and loved ones. To apply for affordable transportation services, call:

Parkinson’s Disease Support Programs

Dance for Parkinson’s Disease: Addresses balance, flexibility, coordination, gait, social isolation and depression. For class information and registration, call 704-248-3722.

Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Support Programs

MS support group for patients with “invisible symptoms”: A group designed for people who struggle with symptoms that can’t be seen from the outside, but that impact their daily life, relationships, and ability to work.

MS support group for caregivers: A group for caregivers only that addresses the emotional and practical impact of MS.
