Biography
“My goal is to help my patients live their best lives. I want to build strong relationships with my patients and find a care plan that works for them.”
Dr. Graves is board certified in psychiatry and neurology. She specializes in multiple sclerosis and neuroimmunology, including neuromyelitis optica, optic neuritis, neurosarcoidosis and acute disseminated encephalomyelitis (ADEM). Dr. Graves serves as the specialty medical director of neurology at all Atrium Health Neurosciences Institute locations.
She is currently involved in clinical research on multiple sclerosis and neuromyelitis optica. Dr. Graves strives to minimize the impact of diseases on her patients’ lives.
She earned her medical degree at Mercer University and completed her residency at Saint Louis University. She followed that with a fellowship at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center.
Outside of work, she loves spending time with her husband and 2 children. Together, they explore North Carolina, hike and kayak.
