About Dr. Norton:
Dr. Norton joined Atrium Health in 2021 as the Charlotte based ambulatory clinical services manager. Prior to this role, she worked as an assistant professor and clinical pharmacist at University of Illinois College of Pharmacy and UI Health Hospital and Health Sciences System. Her clinical interests include anticoagulation, diabetes, hypertension, and hyperlipidemia.

About Dr. Larson: Dr. Larson joined Atrium Health in 2021 as a PGY1 resident in the ambulatory care setting. After completing his PGY1, he stayed on with Atrium Health in a clinical flex position before transitioning to his current role at Myers Park and East Charlotte Family. His clinical interests include diabetes, chronic kidney disease, cardiometabolic disorders, and diabetes technology. Outside of work, he enjoys playing and watching sports, traveling, and trying new coffee shops.

About Dr. Said: Dr Said has been with Atrium Health since her graduation in 2008. She served at various settings in Ambulatory Care before transitioning to Managed Care Pharmacy and now serving as the Care Team Lead for the Managed Care Clinical Pharmacy Department. She enjoys helping people the most and appreciates the opportunity of helping her patients through her role. Her special interests include cooking, Pilates and enjoying time with her family.

About Dr. Ledford: Dr. Ledford joined Atrium Health in 2023. Prior to joining the Department of Pharmacy and the Department of Family Medicine at Atrium Health, Dr. Ledford served as a Clinical Assistant Professor at the VCU School of Pharmacy and a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist at VCU Health working within the Division of Geriatrics. Dr. Ledford's clinical interests include comprehensive therapeutic management of diabetes mellitus, cardiometabolic disorders and infectious diseases, as well as the implementation of alternative pain management strategies. In his spare time, Dr. Ledford enjoys listening to a variety of music, cooking, exploring new places and spending time with family and friends.

About Dr. Ramsey: 
Dr. Ramsey joined Atrium Health in 2025 after completion of her PGY-2 residency. She is a clinical pharmacist in multiple Sanger Heart & Vascular Institute specialty clinics, including the Advanced Heart Failure Clinic, Pulmonary Hypertension Clinic, and Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy Clinic. Dr. Ramsey has a passion for resident and student development and serves as a mentor for residency research projects. Her professional interests include heart failure, pulmonary hypertension, diabetes, and tobacco cessation.

About Dr. Robinson: Dr. Robinson joined Atrium Health in 2020 as a PGY1 ambulatory care resident and transitioned into an ambulatory care role at Atrium Health Biddle Point. She currently manages disease states such as diabetes, anticoagulation, and human immunodeficiency virus, among others. Dr. Robinson enjoys teaching as well as making healthcare accessible for all patients. Outside of work, Dr. Robinson enjoys traveling, trying new foods, and spending time with friends and family.

About Dr. Wilkins: Dr. Wilkins joined Atrium Health in 1997 and has spent his entire career in ambulatory care. He currently serves as a director of pharmacy, managing ambulatory clinical pharmacy services which includes primary care, transitions of care, population health management and value-based care. Special interests include administration, leadership and practice sustainability. Clinical areas of interest include diabetes, anticoagulation, asthma, cardiac risk reduction and HIV. Dr. Wilkins is also passionate about the role lifestyle plays in chronic disease and he is certified in culinary medicine.

About Dr. Arnall: Dr. Arnall joined the CMC team in August 2016. His professional interests include hematologic malignancies, myeloproliferative neoplasms, and related supportive care, bleeding disorders and factor stewardship, patient blood management, and thrombotic microangiopathies. He is an active member in HOPA, ACCP and ASTCT, as well as an involved advocate for oral oncolytic parity legislation and pharmacy practice advancement. Between 2021 and 2022 he was recognized with the New Practitioner Awards for HOPA (2021), ASTCT (2022), and ACCP (2022).

About Dr. Murray: Dr. Murray joined Atrium Health in 2020 as a PGY1 resident in the ambulatory care setting. After completing her PGY1, she was the inaugural CMC Ambulatory Care PGY2 resident. Her resident project entailed integrating pharmacy services into the Cystic Fibrosis clinics, which transitioned into a clinical pharmacist position through specialty pharmacy services. She currently supports the Cystic Fibrosis clinics and counsels on pulmonary medications filled through Atrium Health's Specialty Pharmacy. Professional interests include pulmonary and women's health.

About Dr. Cowgill: Dr. Cowgill is the manager of clinical services for specialty pharmacy in the Greater Charlotte Region. About Dr. Jaffa: Dr. Jaffa joined the Antimicrobial Support Network in 2017 as the first PGY-2 in Infectious Diseases at Carolinas Medical Center. Upon completion of her residency, she remained with Atrium Health as an infectious diseases specialist. She currently serves as the Clinical Team Leader for the Central Division of ASN. Her professional interests include medical and pharmacy experiential education, the treatment of multidrug resistant organisms, the management of infections in immunocompromised populations, and the optimization of antimicrobials in patients with antibiotic allergies. She is a member of the Society of Infectious Diseases Pharmacists (SIDP), the Infectious Diseases Society of America (IDSA) and the American College of Clinical Pharmacy (ACCP).

Dr. Gebru enjoys teaching and advocating for patients. Her clinical interests include multiple myeloma and gastrointestinal (GI) cancers. Outside of work, she enjoys attending the various activities her three daughters are involved in.
