Eligibility

Applicants must have a Doctor of Pharmacy or equivalent degree from an ACPE-accredited school of pharmacy or a Foreign Pharmacy Graduate Examination Committee certificate from the NABP. Completion of a PGY1 pharmacy residency accredited by ASHP (or one in the process of accreditation) is required. Must be eligible for pharmacist licensure in North Carolina.

Candidates interested in applying should do the following:

• Register for the ASHP residency matching program
• Ensure eligibility for North Carolina licensure
• Submit an application for the residency program via PhORCAS
